Speech Language Pathologist in Eugene, OR

Your responsibilities will include providing in-person speech and language services, conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized educational plans, and collaborating with faculty and families. Experience or credentials in schools-based practice will be especially beneficial. Note that this position is strictly on-site — virtual or hybrid arrangements are not considered.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous schools-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work full-time (37.5–40 hours per week)
- Commitment to fostering positive communication skills for students in a K-12 setting
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to eligible students across several school buildings
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with IEP requirements
- Participate actively in student support and interdisciplinary team meetings
