Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist Needed Full Time
School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Massachusetts | 2026-2027 School Year
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Massachusetts for the 2026-2027 school year beginning in August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive educational team while helping students strengthen their communication skills and reach their academic goals.

Position Details
- Full-time opportunity (35-37.5 hours/week)
- August 2026 start date - June 2027
- Onsite position, elementary caseload
- Additional caseload and school assignment discussed during interview
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Develop individualized treatment plans to support student communication and academic success
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or pending Massachusetts SLP license
- Ability to work onsite within a school-based setting
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Open to candidates transitioning from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or hospital settings

Compensation for this position ranges from $37.13 to $67.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
