Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
- Experience supporting students across K-12, including early elementary through high school (1st–12th grades)
- Ability to manage caseloads of 50-60 students, with flexibility based on placement
- Strong commitment to empowering students’ communication abilities and educational success
- Effective communication and organizational skills for collaboration with educators and families
- Prior school-based experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech and language therapy services to a diverse school population
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Monitor and document students’ progress toward IEP goals, adapting as needed
- Take part in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to educational teams
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment at designated school level (elementary, middle, or high school)
