What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and current ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset for working with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
What you’ll do:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Design targeted therapy interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions in a school setting
- Monitor student progress, maintaining detailed records and updating goals accordingly
- Provide resources and guidance to teachers and parents to support students’ success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
