Speech Language Pathologist in Stafford, VA

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll work with three SLPs in a vibrant educational setting near Stafford, VA. The role welcomes recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience as well as those holding their CCC. Flexible support is available—if you have a preferred age group or caseload focus within the K-12 spectrum, there’s room to tailor your assignment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible for SLP state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; will consider strong Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service professionals
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of student progress
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to student support teams
