Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure for the state
- CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow with completed CFY requirements
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-8th grade students in a school environment
- Solid knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and IEP documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Friendly, adaptable, and committed to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with communication disorders, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Complete thorough evaluations and timely progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and session notes as part of your day-to-day routine
- Uphold best practices in service delivery within a school environment
