Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
- Previous experience or clinical placement in a school-based setting is an advantage
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to K-8th grade students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Conduct assessments to evaluate communication disorders and needs
- Document and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
- Remain current with best practices and continuing education requirements
