Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Holds (or eligible for) current Illinois SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Prior experience with school-age children, especially K-8, preferred
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, 32.5 hours per week
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-8th grade students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and write comprehensive reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and ongoing progress monitoring
