Speech Language Pathologist in Berwyn, IL

Qualified candidates will have experience working with elementary and middle school students and must be comfortable performing all duties in an in-person environment—no remote or teletherapy work for this role. What we’re seeking:
- Current or pending Illinois SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Prior experience with K-8th grade populations advised
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans
- Willingness to collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Position responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide direct speech-language therapy
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech-language concerns
- Support students’ communication needs in both individual and small group sessions
