Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Active SLP license in Illinois or eligibility to obtain
  • Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience with K-8th grade populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to an on-site (not virtual) school-based position

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders within a K-8th grade setting
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver effective, evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and accommodations
