ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated SLP or SLPA for a full-time school-based opportunity in beautiful Sonoma Valley, California. This position is split between one middle school and one elementary school, providing the opportunity to support students across multiple age groups while collaborating with a supportive educational team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services to students
- Conduct evaluations and assessments (SLP)
- Implement treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Maintain required documentation and progress reports
- Support students' communication and academic success
✅ Qualifications SLP
- Active California SLP License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs preferred
SLPA
- Active California SLPA License
- Previous school-based experience preferred
