Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Spokane, WA

In this role, you’ll serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working closely with three preschool classrooms, two specialized Autism/IDD classrooms, and alongside dedicated colleague SLPs. Your qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- State licensure (SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year SLP welcome)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric caseloads highly desirable
- Familiarity with teletherapy modalities a plus
- Competency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, or communication disorders
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities
- SLPA applicants with school or healthcare backgrounds also encouraged to apply
Your responsibilities and impact:
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to elementary-age students
- Manage IEPs, run assessments, and collaborate on intervention planning
- Work in partnership with teachers, families, and allied professionals
- Serve a diverse range of needs, including specialized Autism/IDD support
- Maintain documentation and progress reports per school guidelines
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development as needed
