Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Energized by working with diverse K-12 populations
- Committed to fostering inclusion and student potential
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in a K-12 district
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students on-site only (no VOCO/virtual)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, supporting compliance and progress tracking
- Participate in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure best outcomes for each student
- Offer professional insights and resources to staff and families to support student success
