School Speech Language Pathologist - Hayfork, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience with K-12 students in a school environment beneficial
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Commitment to fostering growth, inclusion, and student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and IEPs
- Provide support and education to teachers, staff, and families
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with all district and state requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student development
