Qualifications we’re seeking:
- Valid or pending SLP license in California
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or strong SLP-CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Prior school-based or pediatric SLP experience—whether internship, CFY, or beyond—preferred
- Understanding of a diverse K-12 caseload and IEP process
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working on-site in a supportive school setting
In this role, you will:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students from kindergarten through high school
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adapt interventions to foster growth
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support student goals
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team activities
