Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations of K-12 students, identifying speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions on-site, adapting activities to a diverse student population
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and progress reports
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, providing recommendations and insights for student success
