Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations of K-12 students, identifying speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions on-site, adapting activities to a diverse student population
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, providing recommendations and insights for student success
