Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Sonoma, CA

Your caseload will include 24-28 students from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade, offering you the opportunity to work with diverse age groups and needs. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage both direct service delivery and case management responsibilities, ensuring a holistic approach to supporting each student’s progress. Your expertise will help create a nurturing and encouraging environment, fostering lasting positive change.
What you’ll bring:
- Active certification as an SLP (CCC or CFY considered)
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
- Strong background in case management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with students ranging from TK through high school
- Adaptability to travel between school sites in Sonoma and Marin counties
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 24-28 TK-12th grade students
- Conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and tracking student progress
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Managing case files and participating in IEP meetings as a contributing team member
- Providing support and resources to staff and families as needed
