Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Culver City, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active California SLP License required
- CCC-SLP, SLP-CFY, or equivalent certification highly valued
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Collaborative approach with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary-age students
- Develop and execute targeted therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
- Document progress, maintain student records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and parents to support classroom integration and at-home strategies
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting methods to best reach each learner
- Stay informed about best practices, compliance, and state requirements for school-based therapy
