Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- State licensure (and ASHA CCCs) required; travel candidates must hold or obtain licensure for the job location
- Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload and provide direct and consultative services
- Genuine passion for fostering student growth and communication success
Core Responsibilities:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized IEP goals and treatment plans
- Collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining compliance with all district and federal guidelines
- Providing both direct therapy and consultation services, as needed
- Supporting student success through evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring
