Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • State licensure (and ASHA CCCs) required; travel candidates must hold or obtain licensure for the job location
  • Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload and provide direct and consultative services
  • Genuine passion for fostering student growth and communication success

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized IEP goals and treatment plans
  • Collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff
  • Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining compliance with all district and federal guidelines
  • Providing both direct therapy and consultation services, as needed
  • Supporting student success through evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring
