- Prior experience within schools or pediatric populations is valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to collaboration with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address speech-language needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
- Monitor progress, maintain detailed documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
- Educate teachers and caregivers on effective communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team planning
