What you’ll need:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology

- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Understanding of IEP process and special education regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and documentation skills

- Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing timely, accurate progress reports
- Managing caseload documentation and compliance with district/state guidelines
- Supporting students across multiple classrooms or school sites as needed
