School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Middletown, Delaware

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure for practicing as an SLP in Delaware
- Previous experience working with school-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Able to work on-site during school hours throughout the school year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostics, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to design effective interventions
- Track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and attend IEP meetings as required
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment by delivering high-quality in-person services
- Stay updated on best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
