With a caseload capped at 50 students, you'll have the ability to provide focused, individualized care while collaborating with a dedicated team.

We’re seeking professionals with diverse credentials, including those holding SLP licensure, Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP), and candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). This is an ideal role for those ready to contribute positively in an educational setting and help students reach their communication goals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure and credentials (SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY accepted)
  • Experience or solid interest in working in school-based settings
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 50 K-12 students
  • Familiarity with both mild-moderate and moderate-severe populations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services
  • Adapt therapy approaches to suit varying student needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Engage and educate staff and families regarding student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
