Speech Pathology - Camden Wyoming, DE

Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Delaware SLP licensure/certification (must be verified for submission)
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong background in therapy services, speech/language evaluations, and IEP documentation
- Proficient in using Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP platforms or similar systems
- Ability to provide therapy, write detailed notes, and collect reliable progress data
- SLPAs will not be considered for this role
Position Details & Core Responsibilities:
- On-site, full-time contract (37.5 hours/week; 26/27 school year)
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels (caseload and grades to be determined)
- Conduct assessments and complete comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop, write, and implement IEPs, working collaboratively with educational teams
- Attend meetings with stakeholders, contributing expertise and input
- Keep accurate records including therapy notes and progress monitoring data
