Step into a dynamic, on-site role supporting students for the upcoming school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active Delaware licensure/certification for SLP required
  • ASHA CCC-SLP credential strongly preferred
  • Solid foundation in school-based speech-language pathology services
  • Comfortable with therapy delivery, evaluations, and IEP documentation
  • Capable of supporting a diverse student population (grades and caseload to be determined)
  • Familiarity with Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP platforms a plus
  • SLPAs and those without current DE licensure are not considered for this opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, following best practices
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, developing targeted recommendations
  • Write, maintain, and update IEPs; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in meetings with staff and families to support student progress
  • Collect, document, and review progress monitoring data
  • Maintain detailed therapy notes and comply with all school and state requirements

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week), aligned with the 2026–2027 school year
  • On-site presence is required—remote or hybrid arrangements are not available
