School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Smyrna, Delaware

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active Delaware licensure/certification for SLP required
- ASHA CCC-SLP credential strongly preferred
- Solid foundation in school-based speech-language pathology services
- Comfortable with therapy delivery, evaluations, and IEP documentation
- Capable of supporting a diverse student population (grades and caseload to be determined)
- Familiarity with Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP platforms a plus
- SLPAs and those without current DE licensure are not considered for this opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, following best practices
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, developing targeted recommendations
- Write, maintain, and update IEPs; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in meetings with staff and families to support student progress
- Collect, document, and review progress monitoring data
- Maintain detailed therapy notes and comply with all school and state requirements
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week), aligned with the 2026–2027 school year
- On-site presence is required—remote or hybrid arrangements are not available
