Desired Qualifications:
- Valid, current SLP license in-state
- Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs and school-based documentation requirements
- Strong ability to engage young learners and communicate with families and educators
- Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech and language needs in a 5th and 6th-grade caseload
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and caregivers to maximize student progress
- Conduct therapy sessions both onsite and via teletherapy platforms as needed
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and multidisciplinary planning
