Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility
- CCC-SLP or strong candidates working toward CFY status are welcome
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Comfortable providing therapy to students from TK to 9th grade
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to independently manage a small, varied caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct speech-language therapy to a group of about 25 students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families about student growth
- Adapt and tailor interventions to meet the needs of students at different grade levels
