Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Smith, NV

Choose your ideal caseload—whether you prefer working with elementary, middle, or high school students, flexibility is at the heart of these positions. With a work week ranging from 35 to 38 hours, you’ll find balance while making an impact across areas such as Fernley, Yerington, Silver Springs, and neighboring communities.
Qualifications & Preferred Background:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of SLP program (SLP-CF welcome)
- Current or eligible for Nevada state licensure as SLP or SLPA
- Comfort with school-based and/or teletherapy services
- Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
- Willingness to work a full academic year starting August 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in-person or via teletherapy
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow therapists
- Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
