What we’re looking for:
- Valid Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist license (NV license required)
- Experience in school-based settings highly preferred
- Proficiency with assessment, intervention, and IEP processes
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfort adapting approaches across elementary, middle, and high school populations
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students in individual and group formats
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations as part of an educational team
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
- Document services, maintain accurate records, and produce reports as required
- Contribute to the school’s overall goals by supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment
