Qualifications:
- Active NV SLP license required
- Experience in school-based settings highly preferred
- Ability to engage and motivate students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Collaborative spirit to work closely with teachers, families, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that foster improvement and confidence
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, adapting approaches to each educational level
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress; adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate effectively with educational teams and contribute to IEP meetings
- Educate and support families and staff regarding students’ therapy needs and strategies for success
