- Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborative, flexible, and compassionate approach to working with students and educators
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students, assessing and identifying specific needs
- Design and execute therapies targeting speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and advocating for students’ communication goals
- Deliver services both one-on-one and in group settings as appropriate
