Speech Language Pathologist in Lakewood, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington State SLP License (required)
- Fingerprinting completed through OSPI prior to start
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering student progress and engagement
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 40–50 elementary students, delivering tailored speech and language interventions
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, student support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive service delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Provide therapy, consultation, and resources in the resource room environment
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district requirements
