What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active, valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Knowledge of IEP process, goal writing, and progress monitoring
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering assessments, evaluations, and direct/indirect therapy to a diverse caseload of students
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) focusing on students’ communication goals
  • Maintaining detailed records and preparing progress reports
  • Consulting with educational staff and families on student needs and intervention strategies
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to a positive school community
  • Staying current with best practices and continuing your professional development
