Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Sevierville, TN

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFYs considered
- Previous experience working in a K-12 school environment is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in technology for virtual and in-person service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and write detailed evaluation reports
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on goals and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid billing, compliance, and progress tracking
- Engage in regular communication with families, educators, and other related service providers
