What you bring:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's success
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining thorough records compliant with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
- Offer consultative support to classroom staff and families as needed
