Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy to accommodate diverse learning needs and disabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers
- Maintain timely documentation and data tracking
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for students’ growth
