Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience or a strong passion for working with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records and reports in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to maximize student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
