School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Ellsworth, Maine

Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
- Experience working with school-age children is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with both individual and group therapy sessions
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver engaging direct therapy services to students based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
