Speech Language Pathologist in Senoia, GA

Multiple openings are available:
- 2 Full-Time Onsite positions
- 1 Full-Time Hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote/virtual)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy tailored to students’ IEP goals and service minutes.
- Effectively manage a diverse caseload, ensuring every student receives the support they need.
- Proactively reschedule and administer makeup sessions as necessary to comply with mandated service requirements.
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, meeting all district, state, and Medicaid standards and facilitating audit-readiness.
- Accurately track and report all time spent in both direct and indirect services, including Medicaid billing.
- Participate in planning, collaboration, and reporting during designated weekly hours, ensuring no workload carries over.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance and professional conduct in alignment with school and healthcare guidelines.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligibility for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Experience or strong interest in school-based practice
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Familiarity with Medicaid documentation is highly valued
- Excellent organization and communication skills
