Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
- Skilled in both traditional and teletherapy service delivery
- Comfortable working with diverse caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school ages
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Complete thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions, both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school personnel to promote student progress
- Document student goals, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual needs and learning environments
