Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license
- Valid state SLP certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, including knowledge of IEP processes
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct therapy to students (onsite or via teletherapy)
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based intervention and consultation
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
