Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Valid state SLP certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred, including knowledge of IEP processes
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct therapy to students (onsite or via teletherapy)
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based intervention and consultation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
