Step into a fulfilling role supporting PreK–12th grade students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff, fostering growth and communication skills in students ranging in age and ability. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, perform assessments, and contribute to each student’s academic and personal milestones.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome; CCC holders also encouraged
- Experience or coursework in school-based SLP services is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Enthusiasm for working with PreK–12th grade students across a range of speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy on a 35-hour weekly schedule
- Manage a caseload of 50 students, ensuring documentation and progress tracking aligns with school policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams and caregivers to develop and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Complete evaluations, reevaluations, and outcome reporting to support student success
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
