School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Seattle, Washington

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP license for Washington State or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFYs welcome
- Previous experience in educational settings, particularly with school-aged children
- Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to address various speech and language goals
- Consult with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional guidance and recommendations for student success
