Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Mercer Island, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to strong CFY candidates
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across grades in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and participate in eligibility determinations
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students' academic and communication needs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjust therapy strategies as needed
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise and input on communication concerns
- Remain up to date with best practices in school-based speech-language services
