Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Bellevue, WA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington state SLP license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, new graduates (CFY) welcome to apply
- Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and IEP processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to foster student success
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Offer guidance and support to educational staff regarding communication disorders and strategies
