Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students on caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school policies and timelines
- Attend IEP meetings as needed (in-person or virtually)
