Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC credentials
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Skilled in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Comfortable collaborating with classroom teachers, families, and other support staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students on your caseload
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and maintain timely, thorough documentation
- Consult with teachers and families to support classroom integration and carryover of skills
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute to student success plans
