Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows
- Prior experience in a K-12 educational setting is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs based on student needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments of students as needed
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver therapy in individual or small group settings, adapting materials as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, reviews, and parent conferences
