Speech Language Pathologist in Des Plaines, IL

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Illinois SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification or CFY applicants welcome
- Prior experience within a school or PreK setting is strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for PreK students (ages 3–5)
- Engage in team-based, transdisciplinary evaluations and planning
- Deliver services in both individual and group settings, adapting goals for each child
- Maintain clear documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Communicate regularly with families, staff, and team to support integrated care
