School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mundelein, Illinois

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois or ability to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply
- Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is an asset
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse needs, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure coordinated support
- Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, sessions, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable expertise to collaborative planning
