Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid California licensure as an SLP (CFY or CCC) or SLPA
- Previous experience in school-based speech and language services is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work between elementary and middle school campuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Assess, document, and report on student performance, progress, and programming needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input toward team decision-making
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state and district guidelines
