Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active California licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document and report on student performance and treatment activities
- Provide consultation and education to staff and families as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and student support initiatives
