Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
- Current licensure to practice in California
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities, with a passion for fostering student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and maintain thorough documentation
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and case management activities
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families regarding effective communication strategies
