School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fremont, California

Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience within a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a full caseload and adapt to evolving school needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapy to students with varied speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation for student progress and compliance
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff on strategies and recommendations
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs
